I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Oakland. My work is rooted in relational and psycho-dynamic approaches. My hope is to create a space between the two of us where we can gain access to aspects of your unconscious in an effort to find moments of insight. If we think about an iceberg, or even a volcano, we typically can see what’s above water, or above ground. And yet, what is beneath is immense and powerful. I hold that the same is true for people, in terms of what governs our consciousness. If we can get a bit closer to the stuff that lies below the surface, then what happens above may begin to look and feel a bit different.

I work with adults, couples and adolescents.

I am currently seeing people via telehealth. Sessions are 50 minutes long and held weekly.
